歡迎使用 WhatCanIDo（以下簡稱「本應用程式」或「服務」）。使用本服務即表示您同意以下條款。如果您不同意這些條款，請勿使用本服務。

1. 服務說明

WhatCanIDo 是一款結合易經智慧與人工智慧（AI）分析的個人化決策建議應用程式。本服務透過易經卦象框架，結合 AI 深度分析，提供使用者個人化的策略建議和行動方案。

重要聲明：本服務所有內容均由 AI 生成，僅供個人成長參考和啟發思考之用。本服務不構成且不應被視為專業的醫療、法律、投資、心理諮詢或其他專業建議。使用者應基於自身判斷和專業諮詢做出重要決策。

2. 帳號與使用資格

• 您必須年滿 13 歲方可使用本服務
• 您需要透過 Apple ID 或 Google 帳號登入
• 您有責任維護帳號的安全性
• 每個人只能註冊一個帳號

3. 免費試用

新使用者享有 7 天免費體驗期：

• 前 3 天：無限次卜卦，充分體驗服務價值
• 第 4-7 天：每日 1 次卜卦
• 第 8 天起：需訂閱付費方案以繼續使用

免費試用期間無需綁定信用卡，由本應用程式自行管理（非 Apple/Google 試用機制）。

訂閱條款：

• 訂閱款項透過您的 Apple ID 或 Google Play 帳戶收取
• 訂閱將在當期結束前 24 小時自動續訂
• 您可以隨時在裝置的帳戶設定中取消自動續訂
• 取消後，您的訂閱權限將持續至當期結束
• 免費試用期間取消不會收取任何費用

退款：退款政策依據 Apple App Store 或 Google Play Store 的相關規定處理。如需退款，請直接透過各平台的退款機制申請。

5. 使用規範

使用本服務時，您同意遵守以下規範：

禁止行為：

• 濫用 API 或嘗試繞過使用限制（如頻率限制、試用期限制）
• 對服務進行逆向工程、反編譯或反組譯
• 將 AI 生成的內容用於商業轉售或批量分發
• 輸入違法、威脅、騷擾、誹謗或色情內容
• 冒充他人或虛假陳述與任何個人或實體的關係
• 干擾或破壞服務的正常運作
• 使用自動化工具（bot、爬蟲）大量存取服務

違反上述規範可能導致帳號暫停或終止，恕不退款。

6. 智慧財產權

• 我們的權利：本應用程式的介面設計、程式碼、演算法、商標和品牌識別均為 WhatCanIDo 所有或授權使用，受著作權法保護
• 您的內容：您輸入的問題文字歸您所有。AI 生成的卦象分析內容授權您用於個人非商業用途
• 分享內容：透過分享功能生成的卦象卡片，您可以自由分享至社群媒體，但不得用於商業目的

7. 免責聲明

本服務以「現狀」提供，不做任何明示或暗示的保證，包括但不限於：

• AI 生成內容的準確性、完整性或適用性
• 服務的不間斷性或無錯誤運作
• 基於服務建議所做決策的結果

易經卜卦與 AI 分析僅為思考輔助工具。在做出重大人生決定前，請諮詢相關領域的專業人士。

8. 責任限制

在法律允許的最大範圍內，WhatCanIDo 及其關聯方、員工、代理人對於因使用或無法使用本服務所產生的任何直接、間接、附帶、特殊或衍生性損害不承擔責任，包括但不限於利潤損失、資料損失或商譽損失。

我們的總責任不超過您在造成索賠的事件發生前 12 個月內支付給我們的金額。

9. 服務終止

• 您的終止：您可以隨時刪除帳號以終止使用本服務
• 我們的終止：如果您違反本條款，我們保留暫停或終止您帳號的權利
• 服務停止：如果我們決定停止營運本服務，將提前 30 天通知並協助您匯出資料

10. 條款變更

我們保留隨時修改本條款的權利。重大變更將透過 App 內通知或 Email 提前告知。持續使用本服務即表示您接受修改後的條款。

11. 適用法律

本條款受中華民國（台灣）法律管轄。因本條款所生之爭議，雙方同意以台灣台北地方法院為第一審管轄法院。

Welcome to WhatCanIDo ("the App" or "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

WhatCanIDo is an AI-powered personal strategy advisor that uses the I Ching (Book of Changes) framework to provide personalized decision-making guidance.

Important Disclaimer: All content is AI-generated and intended solely for personal growth and reflection. It does not constitute professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice. Users should rely on their own judgment and consult qualified professionals for important decisions.

2. Account & Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service
• Sign-in is required via Apple ID or Google Account
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One account per person

3. Free Trial

• Days 1-3: Unlimited divinations
• Days 4-7: One divination per day
• Day 8+: Paid subscription required

No credit card required during free trial. The trial is managed by the App (not Apple/Google trial mechanisms).

4. Subscriptions & Payment

• Cancel anytime in your device's account settings
• After cancellation, access continues until the current period ends
• Refunds are handled per Apple App Store or Google Play Store policies

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Abuse APIs or circumvent usage limits
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Commercially resell or bulk-distribute AI-generated content
• Submit illegal, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or obscene content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations
• Interfere with normal service operations
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service at scale

Violations may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

• Our Rights: App interface, code, algorithms, trademarks, and branding are owned by or licensed to WhatCanIDo
• Your Content: Your question text remains yours. AI-generated analysis is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use
• Shared Content: Hexagram cards generated via the sharing feature may be freely shared on social media but not used commercially

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of AI-generated content, uninterrupted or error-free operation, or outcomes of decisions based on the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhatCanIDo and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

• By You: Delete your account at any time to terminate
• By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account for violations
• Service Discontinuation: If we discontinue the Service, we will provide 30 days' notice and assist with data export

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Significant changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any disputes shall be submitted to the Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.
