隱私政策

WhatCanIDo（以下簡稱「本應用程式」或「我們」）重視您的隱私。本隱私政策說明我們如何收集、使用、儲存和保護您的個人資料。使用本應用程式即表示您同意本政策所述的資料處理方式。

1. 資料收集

我們收集以下類別的資料：

我們不收集：您的精確地理位置、通訊錄、照片、健康資料或金融帳戶資訊。

2. 資料使用方式

您的資料僅用於以下目的：

• 提供卜卦與 AI 分析服務
• 發送每日一卦推播通知（需您授權）
• 處理訂閱與帳號管理
• 改善 App 功能與使用體驗
• 偵測與防止濫用行為

我們不會將您的個人資料出售給任何第三方。

3. AI 資料處理

您的卜卦問題會傳送至以下 AI 服務進行分析：

• DeepSeek API（主要引擎）
• Google Gemini API（備援引擎）

上述 AI 服務均為付費 API，依據其服務條款，您的輸入資料不會被用於模型訓練。AI 請求中僅包含您的問題文字和系統提示詞，不包含您的個人身份資訊。

4. 第三方服務

本應用程式使用以下第三方服務：

5. 資料儲存與安全

• 儲存位置：Supabase（AWS 美西區域）和 Cloudflare 全球邊緣網路
• 傳輸加密：所有資料傳輸均使用 TLS 1.2+ 加密
• 存取控制：資料庫採用 Row Level Security (RLS)，確保每位使用者只能存取自己的資料
• 保留期限：帳號資料在帳號存續期間保留，刪除帳號後 30 天內永久移除

6. 您的權利

您享有以下權利：

• 存取權：您可以在 App 中檢視所有卜卦記錄和個人資料
• 刪除權：您可以在「設定 > 帳號管理」中刪除帳號，我們將永久刪除所有相關資料，包含卜卦記錄、分享卡片和個人資訊
• 可攜權：您可以透過聯繫我們，要求匯出您的所有資料
• 撤回同意：您可以隨時在裝置設定中關閉推播通知權限

7. 兒童隱私

本應用程式不針對 13 歲以下的兒童提供服務。我們不會故意收集 13 歲以下兒童的個人資料。如果我們發現意外收集了兒童的資料，將立即刪除。

8. Cookie 與追蹤

本網站不使用 Cookie。本應用程式使用 Firebase Analytics 收集匿名使用資料，您可以在裝置設定中選擇退出。

9. 隱私政策變更

我們可能不時更新本隱私政策。重大變更時將透過 App 內通知或 Email 告知。持續使用本應用程式即表示您接受更新後的政策。

WhatCanIDo ("we", "our", or "the App") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you agree to the data practices described in this policy.

1. Data We Collect

2. How We Use Your Data

• Provide divination and AI analysis services
• Send daily reading push notifications (with your permission)
• Process subscriptions and account management
• Improve app features and user experience
• Detect and prevent abuse

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

3. AI Data Processing

Your divination questions are sent to the following AI services for analysis:

• DeepSeek API (primary engine)
• Google Gemini API (fallback engine)

These are paid APIs. Per their terms of service, your input data is not used for model training. Only your question text and system prompts are sent — no personally identifiable information.

5. Data Storage & Security

• Storage: Supabase (AWS US-West) and Cloudflare global edge network
• Encryption: All data transmission uses TLS 1.2+ encryption
• Access Control: Database uses Row Level Security (RLS); each user can only access their own data
• Retention: Account data is retained for the life of the account and permanently deleted within 30 days of account deletion

6. Your Rights

• Access: View all your divination records and personal data in the App
• Deletion: Delete your account in Settings > Account Management. All associated data will be permanently removed
• Portability: Contact us to request an export of all your data
• Withdraw Consent: Disable push notifications at any time in device settings

7. Children's Privacy

This App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover we have inadvertently collected such data, we will delete it immediately.

8. Cookies & Tracking

This website does not use cookies. The App uses Firebase Analytics for anonymous usage data. You can opt out in your device settings.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
